The rental was moved from the original booking location to the airport, which put a significant burden on getting the car. When I arrived at the airport, they told me that they couldn't actually transfer the rental agreement, despite confirming that on the phone. Half an hour later after trying to move the rental agreement, I had to make an entirely new booking for more money than my original rental agreement.
