Navigation and the total experience of driving the Ford Explorer got me thinking I might look into purchasing a explorer for my next vehicle. Excellent!
Failed to inform me untill 2 hours before i was suppose to pick up that if i used my debit to rent the car i had to ha e a credit score of 650 or above. Been trying to get my money back from insurance and no response from kayak and when i follow the instructions to get help it sends ne to priceline who says its kayaks problem im pissed and i want my money back that i was conned out of by your companies false information
The customer service during pickup and drop off was excellent.
The car’s exterior was damaged, cruise control didn’t work, and the AUX plug didn’t work. Once the car was returned, they charged me an additional $100. When I called customer service, they couldn’t justify the additional charge and provided a refund. It seemed deceptive.
Good prices, and picking the car up was a breeze and only took a few minutes.
Dropping off, the clerk was much nicer. The car was clean.
The clerk at pick-up was rude and Did not explain to me what I needed to sign. He asked me questions irrelevant to my renting a car. I felt interrogated. I had trouble starting the car and his help was dismal at best. I paid for an intermediate size car and was given a compact vehicle.
Computer systems are dysfunctional, and workers are rude. My how far Hertz has fallen.
Hertz waited until the day before we were to rent the car to tell us they didnt have the aize vehicle we paid for. Please refund my money!!!! You should refund money as fast as you take it off my card
The ladies that are at your service desk in New Orleans at the hertz corporate center all need a crash course on customer service. They ignore you while u in front of them .they are extremely slow when servicing you They do not communicate with u at all on why u are holding on or waiting for them They have unprofessional conversations right in front of u as u are left waiting .. And I experienced this and I was the only customer at that time. They are the reasons why I won't uterilize your services again . I travel every week . Never experienced such dislike in years 😕

Booked car 3 weeks in advance and Hertz staff waited until LATE the afternoon before I was to pick up the car to call and tell me they were short on vehicles and they would call me as soon as they had a car for me. I was supposed to pick up on a Thursday morning, and they did not have a car for me until Friday afternoon AFTER 2 pm! It almost RUINED my entire trip. I was not even offered a discount on the rental or a discount on another rental. Terrible customer service
I prepaid for a car . When I went to pick the car up , hertz said they didn’t have cars available.
