The staff was incredibly rude and degrading. Even though the rental car was reserved and pre-paid, not only was the car not available, but the manager began asking me very nasty questions about my name, and implied that my driver license was not mine, and made other rude and offensive remarks. The manager wasted my time for 30 minutes, and then did not provide a vehicle. I was very shocked and disturbed by the rude and offensive attitude at HERTZ / DOLLAR. I went to ENTERPRICE RENTAL-CAR and got a car in five minutes there, and I was treated nicely at ENTERPRISE.
They need to hire a new staff and train them on customer service. The manager at this location was the crudest person working there, so I think they need a complete overhaul.
