DROP OFF SUPER EASY. PICK UP NOT AT ALL!

THE LADY WHO HELPED ME SHE RAN MY CREDIT CARD TWICE AND GOT IT DECLIND AND I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO GET MY CAR AND FIX A BUNCH OF ERRORS WITH MY BANK

Rate was ok.

I had a free double upgrade that I was planning on using to accommodate all my children but when I tried to use it I was told that they did not have any vehicles available. I did not get the vehicle I expected, I was not able to use my double upgrade and my family was not comfortable in the tiny car

The car was fairly clean,but had a slight order like if the last user had a pet. It drove very smoothly and it's great on gas. It took me time to get use to the gears, I've never driven a Prius. But over all, it was a nice car.

Absolutely nothing was good, everything was a nightmare.

Everything. The personal mocks the client with requirements get from nowhere, with abusive prices, and a bad service, and makes you waste time to find out better options. The worst car rental ever. Also, the employees were extremely racist with us, and they showed a clear bias due to our ethnicity, awful as hell. My travel were in Laredo, TX. Please, Avis, fire those employees, their service were awful, and there's no way Avis can change my opinion, I will never going to rent a car with you again.

The car was older and a basic model which was challenging for navigation and phone pairing. Car was making a scary sound and was really bad to drive in the rain. It skipped over the road and it was difficult to keep in its lane even when it wasn't raining. Overall a terrifying experience. When I went to drop the car off there were absolutely no directions on what to do and no person in the parking lot to ask questions or direct. I will stick with enterprise.

The staff was nice, helpful and quick. The car was new and the interior was nice. The only complaints are the outside of the car was dirty and there was less than 3/4ths of a tank of gas. I guess I expected it to be washed and full. It did not take away from my overall enjoyment of renting the car.
