Cheap Car Rentals in Northland, Kansas City

The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.

Waiting in the store was a little frustrating.

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. ..

One of the least stressful car rentals I’ve ever had.

Excellent customer service. Approached the front desk on a Friday around noon and left with my vehicle in less than 20 minutes. They've really streamlined the process. Would use again and recommend to others.

Avis ran out of cars and had a line of 43 people for over an hour. Very poor experience.

Car was not clean inside and out when I picked it up. Windshield had lots of dirt. Inside of car still had trash in it from the previous user.

At pickup in Kansas city the Agent was awesome! She was professional, courteous, and extremely nice. When I dropped off in Chicago, there was no one in the office, so young lady just said to leave the keys in the suv and that was it. I wasn’t too sure if I was done or what but overall great experience

Called emergency road side to assist. No one came and couldn’t get a hold of dispatch. Never received text confirming someone was coming after operator said to expect one. After 2 hours called highway patrol and they came to help. It was 10 degrees out. Made it home and never received anything from Budget. No text, no follow up, left for dead. Luckily I was able to use other resources but imagine if I didn’t…

The vehicle itself was very clean. I just didn't like the van style.

I was promised an economy car in writing from Budget for $186.00 including taxes. When I arrived, I was given a choice of either a 15 passenger van, or a large pickup truck! When I complained, the very rude lady at the desk said that’s all they have, and wanted to charge me over $400 for 2 days. I finally took the pickup, but at 73 years old, I had a hard time getting in an out of this huge truck. Horrible experience and service! NEVER AGAIN will I use Budget! I want a refund!

Armada did not provide enough cargo space and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Easy pick up and return, and especially friendly staff interactions during pick up.

If you get a 15 passenger Ford Van from Enterprise, you may want to have a step stool. Anyone who has slight mobility issues, will find entry/exit to the van a bit of a challenge without the extra step. No "running boards" on the van.

They did not have the class of car available that I booked and I was offered a class of car down (not up) for the same price!!! Bad customer service.
