Check in and out was great. Vehicle was in terrible shape with lots of scratches and dents. Front bumper was damage and was hanging down. Car smelled musty from probably wet carpet. Glad I took video before leaving because they accused me of damaging the step.

The rental car started showing error messages and the check engine light a couple of days into the trip, so I stopped driving it immediately. I called the support number and the woman on the phone was nice but in a different time zone and confused about what rental places were open. They came out to tow the car but unfortunately I had to uber (they paid) back to the airport, which ate a couple of hours of precious vacation. I would have much preferred that they simply dropped off a new car.
