The car quality isn’t great and the pick up location isn’t at the airport. Luckily another car company told me I needed to call them to pick us up from the airport to shuttle us to their location, otherwise we would have been screwed. Can’t really complain though considering their prices are so much lower for an automatic van than any other company.

Before booking you need to make it clear to people, that they can avoid a large excess by paying for insurance and you need to do this in advance.
