The team at Belfast City Airport really went above and beyond to make sure that our rental was as stress free as possible. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Had vehicle booked for pickup at 10 am , arrived at 11am, and they had given vehicle away, advised they only hold for 30 mins of pickup time, and were very rude and not helpful, then they finally found another vehicle (basically same one) and wanted us to pay an additional 800 british pound sterling on top of rental agreement. So we went to enterprise and received a vehicle from them I would never recommend this Company
