Few problems I’ve discovered: 1. The e-ticket icons were misleading, lead me to believe one carry-on was included (image attached). End up costing me $100 for the carry-on at the counter. 2. Avianca does not allow booking to be managed if ticket purchased via 3rd party. I couldn’t purchase carry-on online or upgrade my ticket. 3. Avianca charged me $10 to use the counter instead of using the kiosk. But the kiosks were behind yellow (do not trespass) tape. The lady at the counter said nothing she could do about it.
