Due to an emergency surgery my infant had, we couldn’t make the flight. And etihad refused to refund it or reschedule for a later time. The worst call center i have ever experienced in my life.

Mediocre is the best description. It isn't bad but it's unfortunately got excellent competitors - Qatar and Emirates. Old product, crew that seems to not know what is found, food not offered or served till mid way thru the flight. Four flights this trip with Etihad, underwhelming.

Trip was good. Eventhough I have 2 X 32 Kgs allowance (as part of business class) till Chicago. At airport I ended up checking in additional bag with an additional payment of 11000 INR.
