Always convenient, professional and affordable. I love them! I one rented from Budget and had the most horrible experience. Budget was rude and expensive. That experience reaffirmed my commitment to Enterprise and I haven't looked back since. I highly recommend Enterprise and will happily continue to use their services.

I very much liked my car; it was in great shape, got the best gas mileage Ive ever seen & it was comfy for my long road trip. Oh yeah & I think I looked pretty hip driving in the Chevy Spark ;) Overall I couldnt have been more pleased!!

There was not a single thing I didnt like; I mean, lets be honest, Id always appreciate an even cheaper deal on the car but I felt like I still got a grand deal & the peace of mind I had on the road while driving the chevy spark was priceless :)

The MOST ARROGANT INDIVIDUAL IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. THE HERTZ AGENT AT MARION ILL AIRPORT SHOULD BE FIRED. paid confirmed reservation and no car. No email to advise me before I left my destination for Marion ill. Kayak needs to survey the companies it seals with for credibility. I have lost all confidence in Kayak over the massive blunder and will look for more competent booking agents

Picking up the car was no problem. The car was clean and in good shape. The Hertz desk is right near the gate. Very convenient. The only issue I had was returning the car on Sunday. I had an early flight out of Marion on Sunday morning. The Hertz office wasn't open then. To return the car, they had me complete the form and put it in the drop box. That wasn't a problem. The annoyance was there weren't any places in the Hertz lot to park my returned vehicle. Otherwise, no problems. They did charge me extra for a Monday return, even though I returned it on Sunday.

It was so easy to book and pick up and drop off. We were very happy with the whole process. No problems at all. We always rent from Hertz.

I had prepaid for a rental car two weeks in advance, and there was an additional $200 down payment that I was not aware of. I reviewed my rental agreement and did not see any mention of this. Also, they downgraded the car that I had prepaid for without notifying me.
