I am very disappointed with sixt and will never rent from them again. They didn’t have the vehicles I booked. They overcharged for insurance and then gave me a car with 100 documented damages and finally when I returned the vehicle, claimed new damages that didn’t exist. Extremely disappointed

Good car (an Opal) for a basic level, far better than the average we usually get in the US.
Reservation confirmation sent us to a business office that was closed at the time of pick-up, and the "directions" posted on the door of the closed office were misleading. It took us nearly an hour to find the actual pick-up location, which we had to find by asking around.
worse experience ! did not recieved propper info in my email regarding what im covered...insurances... ended up paying almost dubble...plus another 30 £feeee for dollar rent car ??still did nor recieved my deposit of 1700euro after more than one week... ive been given a cheap car that was struggling on the autoband..
