Car was clean and comfortable. Drop off was quick and easy.

Had to wait for employee to come to the counter to pick up car. Apparently is was someplace else, it was inconvenient to wait for service when I had a reservation.

Lisa at the front desk was amazingly helpful and informative.

I had booked a car with mileage restrictions and didnt realize it at the time. Maybe i needed to look at the reservation on kayak closer but I dont recall seeing that anywhere. Thankfully the staff helped me with that!

Awful. On the way to pickup the rental I got a call 10 minutes before pickup. "We can't rent cars because someone has covid" had to cancel my entire vacation because of enterprise.

The pick up was a nightmare they weren't open for the first two days of my trip.

The prices were double the normal prices. Poor value.

It took two days and $75 in Uber rides to get to the Enterprise agency three times before they were actually open. The hours posted at the desk differed from the hours posted online and differed from the actual hours anyone was there.
