Cheap Car Rentals in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Paris from ₹ 1,847/day

I drove all around the Gare du Nord in Paris for about two hours trying to find the drop location. My GPS did not work. Nobody spoke English and could help. Finally I used Google maps from the Avis and found the location, circled twice to explore an unmarked underground unattended garage. Finally saw some tiny signs on the ceiling. The search ate up all my time so I didn't get to top off the tank and got dinged for 1/2 tank of gas. Very exhausting and distraught when it was over. Ruined what until then was a great rental experience. The nature of the garage was not even mentioned on my rental agreement.

There was no vehicle ready for pick-up. Waited a few hours for another customer to turn car in, and it was immediately rolled over to us. Had “standard” form to sign, vehicle unseen, plus additional security deposit. Went to vehicle and vehicle was filthy. Gas was was not quite full, key in ignition, and staff showed how to use GPS. Asked other questions about using, controls, etc. Fast forward, filled up with gas from nearby station, returned vehicle full to location instructed. Was a day earlier than reserved when dropped off - stuck in heavy traffic and missed closing time, but had instructions for after hours. Parked car in appropriate area, locked up, dropped key off in lock box, different floor. Next morning contacted about when car would be returned. They found car. Next they contacted because they couldn’t find the key. Found key. Then they contacted again looking for some secondary manual key that was supposedly inside the other key. They are attempting to trump up additional charges. Damage deposit still has not been refunded, and they have added high costs to the credit card used for vehicle. Dealing with this car rental place has been terrible right from the beginning. Situation is still under dispute and has not been settled.

Staff was great. Very helpful and patient. Answered all our questions.

A majority of the elevators at Gare du Nord don't work/broken. The three elevators that go down to from the rental desk to the garage were hard to use (one broken, the other two had problems with scanning the card). The map showing how to go in and out of Gare du Nord needs improvement!

T he car that gave to me was broken . I had a dangerous with my family. I call severel time gare de est paris offiice ı sent a mail . THEY REPLY MY MAİL AS A ‘’ WE WILL FİX lT lN A FEW DAYS !!!!!!!! After 50 times calling try ,ı spoke with one guy from absurd hertz he said to me bring the car to airport. I took the car to airport. They change the car but they / no upgrad firstly they CHARGE from me gasoline!!!!! They loose my tlne my money and they shamelessly asking me for money . You wasted my half day and you wanted money deom for this. İ REGRET TO HİRE A CAR FROM HERTZ . İ r REGRET . REGRET . REGRET…. *The staff in paris gare de est was bad. Because they was knowing the car has a proplem. NEVER ABSURD HERTZ AGAİN NEVER …

Awful. Our flight was delayed and we missed our check in time. There was no phone number to call and no one responded to my email. By the time we arrived in Paris not only could we not fill our reservation but we couldn’t get a refund.

I waited 1.5 hours to pick up a car. Despite reserving an automatic, they only had a manual available until they made some calls. An hour later, we’d waited to pick up this car for 15 minutes in the garage and were certainly going to miss the event we’d reserved the car for. I tried to cancel at the desk only to be told we needed to call the company we’d booked through. I called them and they said they needed to talk to the rental counter and then hung up

Both gentlemen at the rental counter at Gare du Nord and return counter at Charles de Gaulle were super helpful and friendly. We had missed our pick up the night before due to unforeseen circumstances. Even so, the gentleman the next morning was very accommodating and made sure we still had a great car for our day trip to Brussels. We realized on the way back to Paris that it would be easier/faster to return the car to CDG, even though we had rented under "return to original office" and after several frustrating conversations with the people at Hertz of France customer service we were able to get in touch with the Hertz CDG team and get the information we were looking for. So, in review: The counter staff at both Gare Du Nord, and CDG were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great. The customer service staff at the main branch of Hertz sucked big time.

I tried to return the car to the underground parking garage at night and thought it was closed as there was closed metal door. I returned the next morning only to discover this is the regular door and it opens. If they had mentioned this i would have returned the car on scheduled day.

I was overcharged for my rental by about $70 for gas. I told Budget I did not want the "fuel up front" option when we rented the car, and was told I would not be charged for that. I returned the car with an almost full tank, expecting that I would be charged for the 1 or 2 litres necessary to fill up the tank. Instead I was charged 70 euros for the "fuel up front" option. I emailed the Station Manager, Julien Sigonney, at the Paris station in response to an email he sent me stating that if I had any concerns I should contact him directly instead of give a bad review. I emailed him immediately, asking for our final bill to see what I was charged for. It took him several days to get me a copy. Once I got a copy, I saw what I had been overcharged for and asked for a refund. It has not been two weeks and he has not responded. I have emailed twice more to get a response, and have received nothing. I will never rent from Budget again, and will make sure no one I know does either.
