We booked online, and got confirmation (including total price) by email. However, when we picked up the car, the price they wanted to charge us was about $70 more. When I asked why, the attendant said it was a tax of some kind. I refused to pay it, showed him my price confirmation and insisted that we pay the price from the online booking. After a phone call to his supervisor, and several attempts to change something on his computer screen, he finally got the contract printed with the original online price, and that’s what we paid. It took us almost 45 minutes, but we finally got the car. No complaints at all about the car though. It was clean, comfortable, and very easy on gas.
