I like that this time the agent was straight forward with us when we got the car. The car also reported low tire pressure about 3 days in, probably due to the sudden drop in temperature. The agent at Enterprise put some air in and cleared the message.
Due to inclement weather, the whole city was under traveling ban and parking ban on the day I was supposed to drop off the car (Tue 3/14/2017). Thus, I called 1 day prior (3/13/2017) when they issued the ban to check if Enterprise would be open at all (I suspected not), and if they weren't open how could I drop off the car on the scheduled date. They said they would charge me an extra day despite the fact that over that day, nobody would be able to rent that car anyway, so they're not suffering from any extra revenue loss. So much for "treating customers like family in a corporate world." It is all about them making money...
