The car was filthy dirty outside, and when questioned about it was told that they are not responsible for the cleanliness of the car outside. The trunk was still full of junk/garbage from the previous renters. The tires shimmied at speeds of 55 to 60 mph indicating there was a need to have the tires aligned. It was very noisy inside the car. I had signed up to receive the car at 10am on July 19 and return the car on July 23 at 3 PM and was quoted approximately $963. I was charged over $1100 and the explanation was that I kept the car for another day. I expected more from Avis.

Quick, friendly service. Very little waiting. The car was clean and looked new inside.

I didn't realize how expensive pre-buying the fuel was going to be. I wasted way too much money on that. Otherwise no complaints.

they were out of cars at the local place where I had reserved and were scrambling to bring vehicles from the nearest city and to get them cleaned. The resulting vehicle was smaller than what I reserved and paid for, but I was happy that it was made available.

Staff were nice and car was reasonably priced

Car smelled horribly of cigarettes. I went back and asked for a different car, which had the same problem. Staff were unsurprised you hear that the cars had strong smoke smell and did not have another car to offer. I tried to clean myself and keep windows open as I needed the car but the smell was awful. I have never experienced such a poorly cleaned/smoke ridden rental car.

It was a new reliable car that drove nicely. Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient.

I had to take the car home right after pick up to clean the inside of the windshield. It was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. We packed up the car and left for our vacation. When we arrived at our destination, we pulled the suitcases out of the trunk to find them to be wet! We drove through some rain and apparently it makes it's way inside the trunk. We had some wet clothes which was a huge inconvenience to try to get dey in a hotel room. It wasn't a good way to start my vacation.

Car was great overall and staff was also great!! Easy process for pick up and drop off!

Inside wasn’t very clean. You could tell someone before had rented with a dog or animal as white hairs were still near around shift console and on sides of seats/ back of trunk area.

The lady who waited on me was an angel! Somehow my reservation had been canceled but she got me the car I needed and a slightly better deal than my original reservation! I was in and out in 20 minutes. AND the drop off in New Jersey I was waited on even though I had gone to the Budget vs Avis which was what the car had papers for. Thanks for the awesome service!

This rental never happened. They started calling me Thursday, for the Saturday rental, saying they were. It sure they would have the truck I requested. Friday, they went back and forth saying they would have it, then they would not. Finally they said I could rent Monday and pick up from another loca

I was uninformed of a credit check and no refund with a debit card purchase unon finding out I could not rent. Completely unacceptable. I did not receive a rental from this company and I am down 138$. Never again.
