Liked fuel economy. I think The road noise (tires) in the RAV4 was noticeable. We didn’t get the Camry we’d selected. I’m used to a walk around inspection before driving off, had concerns about that.

Counter staff was great , no one met you at car. I am use to having to confirm that car was ok, With changing time had to write down mileage, how much gas was left and handed to counter staff and walked away

Everything was great except the windshield had pitch spots on it in our viewing area and it was so thick and sticky. Tried cleaning it off multiple times but a razor blade or heavy solvent would have been required and being that we were traveling from out of state, we didn’t have that on us. Other than that, it was great.

I confirmed a mid size car that said it would accommodate 5 passengers and 3 suitcases. When we got to the rental all they had was a 2 door mustang convertible. Despite other cars being on the lots that’s all they would give me since I was returning at another location. No assistance whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

I pre paid for my car rental. When I went to pick up my car rental you ran my credit and said I couldnt have the rental. Ruined my vacation plans. I had a credit freeze in place to to some fraudulent use of my social security number. I was not told that I would need my credit run. I am a Premier Client at Enterprise Car Rental and have never had any issues renting a car. Only reason I went through Hertz is Enterprise wasnt open on weekend to pick my car rental up. I will never rent a car from Hertz ever again or recomend you to anyone. I was treated extremely bad and it caused great embarrassment plus ruined our trip. :-(

They listed that they have a shuttle that will drop you at the airport starting at 8am on the literature they give you when you check out, but the shuttle didn't start until 9am on Sunday, the day of our flight and we had to call an uber to the airport. We would have rented a car in the actual airport if we had know that since it negated the cost savings.

It could have been better if I got a car I reserved 6 months prior and if I didn’t have to spend a 1/2 Hr on the phone for a refund on gas. I brought it back the same as I got it and it was 4-5 gallons short of full and the ignition locked up creating a lot of stress

Arrived in Medford and Alamo desk was closed but they directed you to National rental desk. National took good care of us and had an excellent rental car ready for us in about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with the service and vehicle that was provided.

They accepted my reservation online but I didn't find out until I got there that they wouldn't give me a car since I don't have a credit card. I think this inflexible policy needs some work. There was literally nothing I could do so I had to go to a competitor, where they were able to help me, though it cost much due to short notice. Enterprise was a waste of a booking and I will just use the competitor in the future.

We reserved and intermediate car but were given a large (Chrysler 300). The agent told me that there were no intermediate cars available unless I chose to wait, although there were Corollas and other similar cars on the lot. We came back in a few days and the new agent offered me a Prius, which I took.

The car was marked as having a full gas tank but had less than 3/8 tank and I had to wait in line a really long time to have someone fix the problem so that the extra charge of $100 could be reversed.

Nice upgrade to a premium 4WD

Vehicles were not available. Myself and 6+ others had to wait almost two hours to receive keys. I spent $300 more on a air ticket to arrive early, woke up at 3:30AM for that flight, then had to wait 2 hours to get a pre-booked rental car.... They dropped the price $40, but it was a trainwreck.
