I booked a convertible car and they give me normal car. Verry upset - if they toold me in advance I cancel the booking

We picked up a car in Marseille and dropped it off in Nice. At both locations the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also got an unexpected upgrade and the whole process was very smooth. We will definitely use Sixt again next time we are in France.
The car was dirty, it has been rattling my whole trip so it’s very noisy and when I went an hour out of my way to try to exchange it they would not help me and told me to call the 800 number which was in French and didn’t recognize my booking code. Very frustrating. Will never use them again as I paid a lot of money and got a lesser car then was promised.
The organization. The car broke down and I lost 7 hours of the trip because of the team's bad organization in picking up the car and picking me up. I would like to have my money back.
Agent at the rental office was not willing to help or find solutions to assist us. Because we made the reservation through a car rental website and not directly she seemed annoyed and looking for reasons not to honour it. Very poor customer experience.

1. We appreciated being able to rent at one facility and drop off after hours at another nearby site. 2. The quality of the car. 3. The value for the money.
1. The person where we rented was not as pleasant as at other Europcar sites we visited. 2. The drop off was not clearly indicated other than it was at the nearby train station, although once we got to the station it was easy to see where it was. 3. There are no gas stations to fill up that we could find near to the drop off.
