Cheap Car Rentals in Kenai Airport

I arrived Saturday around noon and there was only one person in line in front of me. I had a very friendly person at the counter. He did tell me they do not accept the 3rd party insurance I had purchased through Allianz but they took the name of my regular car insurance to use instead. This was fine for me but could be a problem for someone who doesn’t have car insurance back home. When I went to get my car instead of being a small Chevy spark hatchback I had reserved it was a ginormous SUV. I went back to the desk and they weren’t able to give me a small economy but they gave me a brand new 2022 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I was in Alaska for the weekend but had rented a compact since it was what I could afford. It was great to have the RAV4. Upon return check out took about 1 minute and was easy. Overall, I had a decent experience and lucked out on the economy cars being overbooked :)

It would be nice if the prepaid gas could be paid back if you didn't use the amount you prepaid. Otherwise it was seamless and our agent was very helpful.

Excellent experience. Rented mystery car, guaranteed compact or larger. Actually received Chevrolet Traverse. Loved it so much it may be my next purchase car. Also, my counter rep was the most courteous I have had in long time. Thanks for everything.

The car was in great condition, and the pickup and drop off were very smooth. I would definitely rent from them again.

We got a free upgrade. Pick up and drop off was very convenient.

There was a long line at checkin, but the attendant was efficient. She did not offer any hard copy of the rental agreement; she said she would email it to me but I never received it. The car had less than 4000 miles on it and performed well.
