Good Good size car for the city. Staff Member was a trainee but very pleasant Could have done better Car hadn’t been cleaned or serviced Battery failed while we had the Vehicle Right front headlight didn’t work at all Car was only 3/4 full of gas Was told in our booking that car could be dropped off at 9pm, and when we picked up the car was told it had to be back at 1pm Charged an $800 bond, which was never mentioned, or documented No option to drop off at the airport. Lost half a day when battery failed Lost half a days rental with the 1pm dropoff, and price didn’t change Hard to find, as no decent signage, no signs at all once in the driveway Was unable to change insurance at pickup, and then charged $800 bond Overall not an experience we would repeat with your Suva Branch or recommend to others. Completely unprofessional. - Suva Branch

I liked nothing about Eurocar. Lost count looking at the dints in the car To then start the car with all engine and battery lights on. They offered another car worse than the first. Wanted car cancelled and deposit refunded. The office staff argued with us , we then instead to talk to head office who had to process refund. She was also making it very hard. To date 5 days on I still haven’t received any deposit or rental money. If I don’t receive any reply from this email I will be taking it further.
