The car we were coming down to Eugene in broke down, we asked Enterprise if we could pick it up that night or the next day, possibly with a small discount since we had to pay to take a train down to Eugene after our car was towed & we would only have the car for 1/2 days. I know I’m not entitled to anything, but it was a bummer when we had to pay the full price, and also that every person we talked to gave us completely different answers regarding opening/closing times, the latest/earliest we could pick up the car, etc. When we picked up the car, the customer service worker was very rude, wouldn’t answer our questions in full, and made us feel like we were a nuisance. I work in customer service, I’m not asking for overly positive workers, I would just prefer clear answers regarding the $40,000 car I was about to borrow. It was a lame weekend full of lame happenstances like this, what can you do?
