Enterprise went above and beyond! They were friendly and very accommodating. Our hotel was far from town, so they picked us up with our car and then dropped us back off at our hotel after we returned the rental. We would have had a very difficult time with transportation to and from the hotel otherwise. The employees were cognizant and understanding. The car itself was clean and reliable.

Car was scratched on both sides and severe scuffs/scratches on windshield Left rear tire was low on air when I picked it up, and needed aired up twice during my trip. Likely a leak Staff in Boise were great, but operator in Grand Junction had a poor demeanor

I booked the rental on Kayak, was charged for the optional travel insurance, then 10min later the car lot called to say they had no cars available. This was the second time it happened th at day, the town was sold out, but Kayak kept showing they had inventory available for rent. I was charged $33 from Allianz and it has not been refunded.
