I was not refunded. I had to pay fornothing

The Sixt office was closed and told by Hilton next door office had been closed for over a year. Then call Sixt and was told office should be open but clearly it was not. Lady on phone said she would call back in 30 minutes. Never received a call. Since we had to be at a wedding an hour outside of Brusels we had to take a taxi there and back for a cost of ovet $300. Terrible service by Kayak and Sixt.

Since I had to be at a wedding an hour out of Brussels I had to take a taxi there and back for a cost of over $300. This is the worst experience ever with booking.com, Priceline and Sixt.
