Cheap Car Rentals in Playa Dorada Beach and Golf Club, Puerto Plata

Everything was wonderful at the airport, picking up the car and returning it. The staff (Geovanni and Abigail) were wonderful at the Puerto Plata airport. The office was easy to find and both staff members were bilingual. My only objection was the required basic insurance, which added $180 to my final bill. That was the only thing I was not happy about.

I would like money back because I canceled 48 hours before the time and still get charged.

I canceled 48 hours before and they still charged me. The contract stated if I canceled before 48 hours no charge for cancellation period.
