The store was closed although it was listed as open 24hrs. I couldn't pick up the car I reserved. After I called the manager on a phone number listed at the door, she had no idea about my reservation and then said she didn't have any cars available and had to go to the next town to pick up a car to fulfill my reservation and that she wouldn't be back for an hour. Total lie. Needless to say, horrific service.

The car we rented was crashed no one told us beforehand until we went to pick it up terrible customer service. They were out of cars so we had to use another rental company cost us 4 times more!

no reservation was recorded and no car was waiting for me even tho i had a reservation number
I was quoted $279 for my rental and was forced to buy insurance I didn’t need at all and ended up paying over $600 for the same time period I was quoted for. Bad business.
