When I returned the rental car in Dothan, Alabama, the return agent could not believe the price I received for a one way rental. I informed them that I utilized your website to secure the price. They advised that the lowest they had ever seen was double what I paid.

Reserved Large SUV over a MONTH in advance and the night before departure I received a call informing me a large SUV will not be available by the most rudest and unprofessional AVIS agent I have ever dealt with…. It was interrupting my plans therefore I should have been the one being rude… What could make things better would be making sure you have the rental that you CONFIRMED on the reservations with the customers…

Alamo didn’t have a car for me. They did the same thing to me last year. You need to stop contracting with them. The lady over the counter even stated don’t go through a third party

The car was supposed to be ready at 12, I received a phone call from Alamo that there was no car. She stated she would call me back as soon as one became available She I showed up at 8pm and they still didn’t have a car. It wasn’t until I became visibly upset and started saying things so the customers could hear me that did they mysteriously came up with a car.

My flight was running late, I called to make accommodations since my pick up was scheduled for 2 but i wouldnt make it in until around 430 (they closed at 4) and was treated rudely by staff at LCH. Asked if they could drop car at FBO for general aviation (only a 3 min walk) since i was flying in private aircraft as they’ve done in the past and just told no. When I picked up car at competitor they told me they would have been happy to drop car and the enterprise attendant working is known for being rude and not helpful.

Being made to pick up the vehicle at a time when that particular rental office was closed - having to rebook through Enterprize for another location (in town) at the airport and being charged a new fee ($5 per day facility fee) and then returning the vehicle two and a half days early and getting charged almost the same original fee. What a dissappointment!

None of workers in Lake Charles and only a few in Houston (man taking car at drop-off put his head inside the car with me inside!) were wearing masks. There were no distancing measures in Lake Charles. I felt very uncomfortable. The car AC was not functioning (very low, if little output).

I request a rental 6 days before getting my rental. When I got there, the lady ran all my information and then said we don't have the convertible that you requested. Then, she asked if I wanted another car. If I wanted anot her car, I would have requested another car. I wanted the convertible that I requested. I ended up with no car from Budget. I was so mad.
