Joshua the desk attendant started by saying he had given my car away. When I asked why and that I had paid for that specific car he sighed and said "I have had a shitty day. I DON"T need this". I had tried changing pick up time on your website and it kept asking me to sign in when I did not have an account. So I figured since I had paid they would not give my car away. There were three Florida SUV's there and he flat out lied and said the cars parked perfectly in front facing out to the parking lot was not theirs and refused to even help us pick up at another location. When we said he is lying about that he said "I will NOT give u the last car. Leave or I will call the cops". He threw us out. When I called his boss another day, He informed me that the cars were in fact theirs. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY CAR RENTAL COMPANY. He repeated how his day was "shitty" as if that were our problem and left us like that knowing I was under tremendous pressure to leave town. I will be reporting Hertz to BBB and write and leave feedback anywhere Hertz is mentioned. I could not believe the manager only said Joshua will need a bit more training!!!! Seriously? Common curtesy and doing your job is not something you can teach anyone. If he can not handle the pressures of his job he needs to not be there!!!!!!
