Exactly what I needed, Bluetooth connection.

Inflexible with pickup and dropoff. Would not let me drop off at a different location. But this was the only van I could find within the tri state area, so what are you going to do.

Returning the vehicle was very quick and easy once I found the right place to do it.

The "rental car return" signs left me in a parking lot with no attendant, sign, or other indication what to do. I found a random parking spot and made my way over to the terminal building, where I found an agent at the desk (who then handled things very quickly and smoothly).

The representative was very nice and professional

My agreement for the rental was for 4 days unlimited mileage but when I returned it, I was charged for mileage after an allowed amount of mileage. Making it come up to about $475. To my confusion I don't understand how the contract was so different in charges compared to my initial reservation through kayak. The manager was able to bring it down to $167 but that still meant I paid $50 extra in fee for no reason. It was picked up and returned on time with full tank. But better read the fine prints when you get the contract because they won't tell you anything and it wasn't the same deal as I reserved it through kayak. I will never rent again at hertz regardless of price.

air freshener used when they cleaned the car was hard on our allergies, but it wore off after the first day.

The attendant was friendly and the check in and out process went smoothly.

The car was not very clean on the inside. It was low on windshield wiper fluid and had a tire with low pressure.
