Cheap Car Rentals in Augusta Bush Field Airport

The car wasn't in good condition and the front lower bumper fell off by itself, with no collision.

I arrived at 10pm but because my reservation was at 9p I was told my car was no longer available. We got it worked out but not a good experience.

To whom it may concern l had to call for my receipt to be emailed to me.Come to find out some way they had the wrong email I dont know how that happened because at sign in I gave the attendant my email an this is not my first time RENTING from Alamo. Thanks.

Did not have the car I booked. They mentioned last minute pay more and upgrade had just 2 SUV on lot. The rear seat of the SUV was filled with cobwebs and spiders crawling around. An insect got into my daughters ear.

Listen if you in real need don’t ever shop airports location they will tell you they have a car ready and when you get there they will try upsell you something that’s not in your budget at all

I had made a reservation for a vehicle for 3 days as I had travelled to Augusta, GA due to a death in the family. I was in urgent need of a vehicle. Initially, the agency called and told me that they did not have a vehicle in stock at the time of my pickup but told me that they expected one a couple of hours later. A couple of hours later, I contacted the agency to check on vehicle availability status and was told they could not find my reservation. After spending more than 30 mins on the phone, no reservation was able to found and I was told that they won't have an available vehicle until the day of my departure (3 days later). They informed me that they are a privately owned franchise and the booking agents don't have visibility into their fleet. The agents were rude and unhelpful. I will never book with Thrifty again.

I arrived 90 minutes early for pickup. Clerk said the car wasn't ready and made me wait 60 minutes unnecessarily before giving me the keys. There were more than 30 cars sitting and available in their lot.

Car was not ready when we got there, waited 2 hours, they gave us an SUV but it was WAY too small. Then they made the refund process a massive headache. All of this happened on 12/22 and we’re STILL waiting for them to release the $250 deposit hold on our credit card. Absolutely absurd.

Although I made a reservation online, when I showed up at the counter they informed me there were no cars. It is unbelievable that the system would let me reserve a car when there were none left. This totally disrupted my travel plans.

They replaced the SUV selected for a sedan without asking or even updating the pricing for the lower grade vehicle.
