British Airways flights from Mumbai to London Heathrow Airport (BOM - LHR)

I transited through LHR on my way to and from Lisbon Portugal (Oct 27 & Nov 6). There were several challenges to add files and complete the Passenger Locator Form at home/hotel and at the airport counters. This presented further challenges to those without smart phones, charged devices or unable to access the internet. This was neither a user-friendly nor an intuitive process. Please consider sharing data with the airline(s) to facilitate this process and further simply the process for those in transit. Check in took almost 1.5 hours and a near-missed flight.

Hello I flew with 3 members of my family first class from Kuwait to London on the 16th of September and unfortunately we were very unhappy with our trip because of : No wifi The leather in seat area was scratched. The food was not in first class standards. The movies were old. When we reached London customs we had to stop in a very long waiting line ( no fast track ). On my way back with my wife on the 20th of October we experienced the following: We had to go all the way from the Concord lounge to gate C by ourselves ( while with other air companies we use a limousine to go directly the airplane ). And then we had to wait in a long line ( with the other economy class passengers ) to get to the airplane. Although I told the lady ( land crew ) that I’m a first class passenger and she replied rudely you missed the fast track and you have to wait with the other passengers. In Kuwait we had to wait for a long time to get our luggage ( the economy class passengers took their luggage before us ). Saying all the above I have to be compensated. Thanks

Flight was delayed but no info provided at airport. Boarding was a free for all, not entirely convinced they cleaned the plane fully. Once onboard seats are a little tired looking and uncomfortable, but it's economy. Nutrigrain bar and tiny bottle of water provided. I don't see the advantage of flying BA over any other airline, the staff are nice and friendly but the overall service isn't any batter or whose than other airlines. BA is getting worse and worse, and this is a shame. They moved the London-Sao Paulo flight from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3, which is much worse in all respects (lounges, shops, infra, etc.). Ground crew was terrible at check-in (without limitation, we found out at check-in that my wife was downgraded from business club to premium executive (overbooking) and then after much complaints she was moved back into club business). During the flight, I found out that my seat on club business was broken and it had to be manually operated. The flight crew was very unhelpful and wanted to move me to premium economy [during the flight] as a solution to my broken seat [in club business] so that they didn't have to manually operate my seat - which I of course didn't accept. On the bright side, our checked-in baggage arrived unharmed in Sao Paulo - which was not the case on my last flight with BA in February/2022 [and it is amazing that I was happy and relieved that they actually complied with at least one of their duties !].
