Overall great except the process of getting off. The shuttles to connect to the terminals were missing for half an hour and we had to wait in the cold weather. The ground staff responsible seemed very unbothered about the situation

Check in staff was very rude. He was yelling. Flight entertainment was not working for 16hrs flight. This is the worst airline with horrible service.

Only thing good is time it takes to reach india and USA. No one will ever use air india if they have an alternate of direct flight . Entertainment never works, flight seats are broken multiple ways 🙃 . Good flight for seniors as they do take care of food
