Line was a bit longer than expected for pick-up, but otherwise fine.

The car wasn’t ready and they gave us a cheaper car for the same price.

Pick up was okay poor signage dark and exiting airport terrible!

Driver failed to arrive. Contacted the company, who sent an uber. Uber that arrived was too small for the 5 passengers and we had to pay for a cab.

Everything was fine! They even give me a free upgrade, nice car!

Irene and Tom were very courteous. The vehicle Toyota Corolla was clean and was great to drive.

Any offers and discounts if provided would be great.

No instructions were given to mark any scratches and when I brought the car back they said I am responsible for the scratches. When I asked them to show me proof that they weren’t there, the agent names Christine said they can not prove it. Very rude experience. Their strategy is to blame customer for their unprofessional behaviors

Tried to scam me upon extension and gave me 3 different prices which were more for a shorter period of time.

The process of getting our rental took over an hour. The staff was a bit rude when they told us 3 minutes and we waited another 20 and when we asked again they interrupted and said 3 more minutes. They also add on fees here and there so instead of $75 that I was quoted it ended up being $90. I wish everything was just included in the original price. Otherwise the return process wasn't as bad and qwnt fairly quickly. Also I thought a $700 pre authorized hold was pretty steep. Usually I've seen $300 to maybe even max of $500. Anyway other than that the car worked just fine and everything with the car was great.

Clean cars, professional friendly staff, reasonable rates. Some of the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Above all they are honest and have clear policies. Highly recommended.

The customer service was excellent. I wish it wasn’t as expensive, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I called Alamo in Toronto for over an hour about a camera that I left in the rental Vehicle and no one picked up… I emailed you at care@alamo.com and no answer. I’m really disappointed in the customer service

Check in process could have looked at the reservation prices more carefully rather than just charging new price first and then adjusting Pick up could have explained the important features like gas tank lever etc

The place where I pick up the van was like a zoo, the guy that took me to the car didn’t want to check the van for damage and I ask him to and he says every was ok at the exit they will do it. I left to the next guy and told him they are some indentation on the van and he says that everything was fine and I was never provide with a inspection slip. The van was filthy and with garbage from the previous person. Was never wash or clean after the last use. Had no choice but to take the van as I need it to travel for 3 hours . Price was insane for the value and the kind of van.

Overall…the experience was excellent
