There was no vehicle ready for pick-up. Waited a few hours for another customer to turn car in, and it was immediately rolled over to us. Had “standard” form to sign, vehicle unseen, plus additional security deposit. Went to vehicle and vehicle was filthy. Gas was was not quite full, key in ignition, and staff showed how to use GPS. Asked other questions about using, controls, etc. Fast forward, filled up with gas from nearby station, returned vehicle full to location instructed. Was a day earlier than reserved when dropped off - stuck in heavy traffic and missed closing time, but had instructions for after hours. Parked car in appropriate area, locked up, dropped key off in lock box, different floor. Next morning contacted about when car would be returned. They found car. Next they contacted because they couldn’t find the key. Found key. Then they contacted again looking for some secondary manual key that was supposedly inside the other key. They are attempting to trump up additional charges. Damage deposit still has not been refunded, and they have added high costs to the credit card used for vehicle. Dealing with this car rental place has been terrible right from the beginning. Situation is still under dispute and has not been settled.
