It is an absolutely terrible place with no service at all. I am so stressed! It was my biggest mistake to rent a car here. I booked a car for 3 days, came to the office and was 3rd in the line. Only one person was servicing clients and it took 15min per client. Then imagine, I was planning to go to Pennsylvania, they wanted to offer me a Tesla! There were 3 keys on the desk: all of them from Tesla. Well, finally I got a mini-SUV, but their smart-phone based inspection did not work and crashed! So much time was lost and for what!? To see small 1cmx1cm images of pictures on the car on a smartphone screen? It is crazy! OK! When I checked the car, the fuel level was 3/8, tank was not full as per contract. How do you return with the same level of fuel back? It is not possible at all! Moreover, I overpaid ~10L for gas: I checked the gauge, fuel economy and distance and found I needed an extra 5L to get 3/8. I paid 5L, and the fuel gauge level did not change again. I did it one more time, no change and after the 3rd time I realized that the fuel gauge doesn't work properly. OK, one more nightmare, I came to the office when it should be open after 8am, but nobody was there. I tried to call Thrifty support line, but you know, all the phone line options were out of my request. Finally somebody replied to me and tell me someone will be in the office at 9am, but it did not happen: I was waiting for ~1.5hr and nobody appeared. So, I originally lost approximately 1hr when taking the car and it resulted into delay in crossing Canada/US border. Another 1.5hr I was trying to return a car. Do not use this service as well as Dollar and Hertz (it is the same company now), go to Budget!
