Picking up the car took an hour because it was so slow to verify that our credit card provides insurance on our rental. I had checked ahead with our CC and printed out the information they sent in anticipation of this, but they wanted to see a policy with our name on it. After two international calls we were able to get them what they wanted. This should have been more clear ahead of time. The real problem came when dropping off the car. We told them that it had leaked some oil on my grandmother's driveway, so they could fix it for the next person. On noticing the oil, we monitored the oil level and decided to call it in if it got low. It was never too low so we enjoyed our trip. However, they accused us of damaging the car and causing the leak ourselves. My mechanic husband got below the car and saw one dent with rust on it (old damage, not due to us) and a loose bolt on the oil pan (also not our fault) with dirty oil junk that had accumulated over a long time. Within one minute of arriving, they told us the charge would be over $200 from the damage. They decided to charge us before a mechanic had looked at the car. What a pain! They obviously prey on people that don't know any better and are rushing to catch their flights. We had driven very little and had in no way damaged the car in the 30 minute drive to our destination. They were ridiculous! Avoid this company at all costs!
