My reservation was for a Toyota RAV4, but it got changed at the last minute for a Nissan Kicks. Way too small and cramped. Not comfortable.

I reserved two different vehicles for the same price and cancelled the smaller vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the SUV I found out that Hertz cancelled the SUV reservation. The rep at the counter said they were the same price so he brought the SUV. When I checked out I was charged full price that hertz charged rather than the agreed price on the reservation, that’s about a $200 difference. Why bother booking anything online ahead of time if I’m going to be charged a higher amount when I return the vehicle.
