From the start, the CSR did not even say hello; did not answer my questions cordially and when I asked as to why, she became indignant and rude. In the contract it stated that the car had to be returned washed and cleaned, which I did (paid to have it professionally done). When I returned the vehicle, I was still charged a fee for cleaning. After I complained about it the same CSR said it didn't matter if I washed it or not that they were going to charge me a fee none the less. I paid cash for which I was not given a receipt even though I asked. There was no document showing that the vehicle was returned in good condition or that it was even returned. I was told "not to worry about it". The weekly price through KAYAK was excellent but the Customer Service experience was not desirable. I will think twice before recommending Royal Rent a Car.
