This agency does not meet Avis standards of service. The vehicle had an electrical system problem which tuned out to be a faulty sensor, but we had to discover that ourselves. The 2 phone numbers provided for assistance were useless. one was supposed to be the guy who assisted us in picking up the vechicle. His name was Juan. We called him an he was no help at all. Luckly we got the electrical problem resolved on our own with no cost to us. No thanks to the Avis agency. Also Juan sold us a supposedly comprehensive insurance policy which we had to use due to a non-fault accident we were involved in. It turned out there was a $1000 deductible which he did not explain. Also Juan was no assistance when we reported the accident. I do not know how these people got a Avis franchise???
check in was ok, but upon return it took us 90 minutes before a representative to show up (thanks to the assistance from an adjacent kiosk competitor - Travel Rent-A-Car, who I will use next time)
