Cathay Pacific flights from New Delhi to Shanghai Hongqiao Intl Airport (DEL - SHA)

My flight was changed three times and I got home days late !!!

The entire flight was very chaotic. The majority of the passengers were from mainland China and they were all constantly getting up and switching seats, standing up and moving around constantly and talking extremely loud. There were constant fights occurring with people being mad that the passengers in front of them reclined their seats, Strangely the flight attendants didn't say or do anything about anything that was happening. It just looks like they gave up. By the time we landed, it looked like a garbage explosion went off. There was trash everywhere. I was even walking over all kinds of snack wrappers in the aisle on the way off he plane. The bathroom was also a nightmare. The trash can was overflowing, the floors were soaking wet, the sink had sitting dirty water that wasn't drained, and the counters had used baby diapers and yellow stains which look like urine. What happen to Cathay?!

It was good to be back on a business trip again and the crew made me feel comfortable and at home.

The crew were unfriendly and uninspiring to be frank, and the food was less than tasty. I've flown Cathay a lot, and this was a very disappointing flight, other than my flat bed and the eight hours sleep I got.
