Cathay Pacific flights from New Delhi to Shanghai Hongqiao Intl Airport (DEL - SHA)

Flight took off a hour late due to electrical problems. The space between the seats felt like the tightest ever. When the person in front reclines their seat, they are in your lap and you cant even get up to go to the bathroom. I had to ask everyone in my aisle to get up and exit and I had to climb over the seats to exit. The stewards almost never came by to pick up trash. We were told the alcohol would be served after the meal but they never came back through and offered it. Most international flights offer a warm cloth in the morning, not this flight. No interactions with staff except during meal service, otherwise they were nowhere to be found. When they were around, they were very nice, but service was definitely lacking.

Flight was canceled twice, no airline representative to speak with, customer service number in Canada wasn't picking up. What else is wrong? Just about everything. Come on people, you CAN DO BETTER for people that choose to fly with you.

Service and crew were excellent the main thing I did not like is the free check in baggage. Other airlines its standard to have 2 free check in baggage of 50 lbs each. Cathay pacific only has one free check in baggage...I feel cheated, because of this I will never book with cathay again.
