They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also broke my bag completely and now they are denying responsibility

Was told flight would board a few minutes late. Kept us waiting for an hour and then canceled the flight for non weather related issue. Then sent us to wrong baggage claim area. Then the process to rebook tickets was worst I’ve seen. It took over 4 hours to get a new ticket. No organization. Tons of people giving hotel vouchers, 2 people booking flights. Terrible experience

Whole concept of low cost in flying does not make sense. There are so many paid add ons that eventually the cost is the same as the full fare airline

I have to take the responsibility for this but, our check in was pretty bad. Perhaps a trainee, first che k in it would seem the incorrect luggage tags were applied to the bags. Start over and redid the check in,( this is my fault) did get my have of the luggage tags. Had an issue st the counter in Bangalore when it was time to board the next flight. Wanted to see our luggage tags and this is when we realized we did not receive them.
