I thought I was renting a full size car. My pick up time was Friday at 6pm, but they close at 6pm so not sure why they would allow me to schedule that time. I called them Friday May 5 around 3 or 3:30pm to see if I could come early and was told that they did not have a full size car at that time. I arrived around 530-545pm. They still didn't have a full size car, the gentleman took me outside to a 2016 Nissan Rogue, he told me it was an upgrade. I was disappointed because I was traveling and really wanted a trunk. I currently own a 2015 Nissan Rogue and the one I rented didn't have half the stuff my 2015 has. This was a base model all the way around no upgrades. I was supposed to return the car Sunday May 14, but I was so dissatisfied, I took it back Saturday morning, May 13 at 9am, when they were supposed to open. Well myself and another gentleman waited outside for about 15 minutes when the lady finally arrived. She walked right by us and did not say a word. She never spoke or greeted us never apologized for her tardiness. Once we were inside she asked what we were here for we replied drop off. She took the keys went and looked at the cars came back and gave us a receipt. This was my first rental with HERTZ, I normally use Enterprise but decided to give HERTZ a try. NEVER AGAIN, ENTERPRISE HERE I COME!!!
