Simple and clear instructions on how to pick up the hire car e.g. pickup address or phone number to book the airport van airport pickup, as it took us 30 minutes to work out what to do and for them to answer the phone to organise the airport pickup. It would be easier to let them know our flight number and get them to check and pick us up when we landed, rather than having to call them or to provide a map of the pickup site which is quite close to the airport. An email with the following information would have been great: 1. Phone number to organise pickup 2. Car rental address and map 3. Information re insurance when the booking is done via other websites, so we know we have an option to organise insurance directly with them Thanks

Pick up was easy, friendly greeting and welcome from Karen and Clare was also very friendly on drop off. Our driver to take us from drop off to airport was friendly and professional. My wife left her handbag in the mini bus and Clare called to advise and our driver brought it back to us at the airport. Extremely grateful.
