I didn’t really like anything. Pick up service was horrible. Two hour wait. They had no staff schedule to open the facility.

Horrible customer service!!! Could not even rent the car! Their work ours are different form the advertised and even when I told them that I am going to pick up the car they never waited to the given business hours and closed 60 minutes earlier. Even their main number is very dysfunctional and could not help me with anything by not allowing me to speak with any management stuff. Horrible Horrible consumer service. I will never every rent a vehicle via Hertz

Friendly staff. Affordable rate. Very easy to arrange. The only complaint I'd have is really not specific to Enterprise. I wish there were quoted prices for all the extras as well. Paying so much more for things like insurance is underhanded. I want to know the TOTAL cost for everything I specifically want (extra driver, etc.) BEFORE I book a reservation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant transaction.

Everything was excellent. Because our original car was not available, we received a better one for the same price. The car was perfect, very comfortable and clean. We returned our car without any problem and we didn't get any hidden or extra charges than what we had agreed before.

Kayak sold me an insurance policy for the rental period that was not usable under the rental co.'s guidelines. Now they won't so much as entertain me and are directing me to Allianz which has nothing to do with the faulty insurance sale.

we had a reservation, yet were told- sorry you'll have to figure it out as its a holiday weekend and we don't have any that have been returned. luckily we only waited 45 minutes and someone returned a car but it was poorly handled .

They called me 4pm the day before and left a voicemail saying they didn't have a car for me because they extended the length of the previous renters trip. I tried calling back minutes later but no one would answer the phone, even though online it says they close at 6. I called at least 8 times over the next house and still no one answered. The morning of my trip i called again at 7 AM and they hadn't yet figured out how to get a car, even though i was reserved from 8 AM on. While calling back a second time to get details on when a new car would be arriving they asked me where i was driving and then told me that i wouldn't be able to rent the car because i'm going to far. On my rental through kayak/priceline it specifically said unlimited mileage. The person i spoke with said it was on the payless website, but i checked it before booking and it doesn't mention distance restrictions. so in the end my trip never happened and I was very displeased.
