My experience with Air France was very disappointing. They claimed the flight was full and required me to check in my carry-on bag, yet once on board, there was plenty of overhead compartment space available. Several passengers with larger and heavier bags were allowed to bring theirs on without any issue. The inconsistency felt unfair and frustrating.
