The flight seat was not very comfortable - it felt like there was something at the base of the seat that did not allow proper and comfortable seating. Food, which is typically a plus with Air India, was below expectations. The quantity was less and the frequency of service was also not very good. The crew was extremely courteous and helpful.

Coukd have been better. Tgere were no automatic transfer from Mumbai to rajkot which was a headache. The checkin from Heathrow was also chaotic, crews didn't know where to go for check in.
