We will never fly Lufthansa again! We flew from Chicago to Florence with a stop in Munich and they lost our bags and the only way we were able to get them is because we had AirTags, and we followed the bags to where they were being stored once they got to Florence. It was horrendous experience. Also will never fly the Italian airline from Munich to Florence that they transferred us to called Air Dolomiti.

We will never fly Lufthansa again!
