The most popular and cheapest way to get around Angeles is by jeepney. There are two jeepney stations in the city. Tricycles are another way to see more of Angeles. These exciting vehicles have side cars with a driver on the bike in front. Do haggle a price before getting in as fares are usually a bit higher than using a jeepney.
Getting from the Airport to the City
The airport is only about 3 miles (4.8 km) west of the city so do expect a short journey time. There are taxis and buses just outside the terminal building. Travel to the city from the airport by a Jeepney. This mixture of a jeep and a jitney is the most popular mode of transport in the Philippines.
