I had a 9a pickup reservation. Car was not ready! I wasn’t able to leave with car until 10:20a I was told I’d get a final email Receipt for rental. It’s been two days and no final invoice.

Be prepared. Do what you say you will do.

The manager went above and beyond his normal duties to make sure everything was done well. He is very professional.The man cleaning the cars was very hard working and is positive and good natured. The woman who drove me back to my hotel is the model employee.

I like the agent's speed at pickup. I'm disappointed my vehicle was not available. The pickup location was wrong. Time was wasted. Nobody was present for drop-off. I went inside and sign said closing at 1pm but nobody was there at 12:45pm, already closed. I don't like the extra $100 charge that just showed up on my credit card. Now I have a hassle to find out why. This who rental has been a disaster.

The car was dirty. I hope I don’t get charge for any of the scratches, I took pictures because none inspected the car. The drop off location was a mess their are no signal at the hotel I spent 30 min looking for the drop of, also there was no personnel present to check the car.

Staff at the drop off were very rude there were multiple people upset and I had booked a full size car and got a Dodge Ram. The guy at drop off in Denver could’ve cared less. I will never rent from hertz again.

Abrupt manner of Customer Service Rep when turning in the car; not friendly at all. I left my wallet in the small airport and he didn't bother to call me that evening - even though he had all my contact information, and on a more personal note he knew exactly who I was because he knows my husband; Alamosa is a small town, everyone knows everyone. As a result, I didn't realize I didn't have the wallet until I was 2 hours out of town the next morning, driving to another state. I had to turn around and go back to Alamosa with three dogs in the car, adding a significant amount of time to my trip and discomfort to my animals. It may sound like a small matter, but the fact was that he could have very well made an effort to be human and try to get my wallet back to me - I would have gone to pick it up if I had known I'd left it, and I would have met him someplace else if that was necessary. His complete disregard of my situation was uncalled for and very unprofessional; a little bit of kindness goes a long way in this world, but apparently that's not important to Anthony at the Alamosa Hertz office.
